Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, phone, or partner platforms like Viator/Booking.com).
• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving full payment or an advance deposit of [xx%].

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 7+ days before the tour → Full refund.
• Cancellation 3–6 days before the tour → 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour → No refund.
• If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

3. Changes to Booking

Changes in dates, participants, or itinerary must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Extra charges may apply.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Each package will clearly state its inclusions (transport, guide, meals, entry tickets). Items not mentioned are excluded.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passports, visas, and permits (if applicable). We are not liable for denied entry due to missing documents.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss/damage of personal belongings
• Delays caused by traffic, strikes, or weather
• Injury, illness, or accidents beyond our control

7. Insurance

We recommend customers obtain personal travel or health insurance before joining our tours.

8. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any traveler engaging in misconduct, nuisance, or intoxication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India.
